Liam at the pool again...

We all went to the pool today for most of the afternoon and enjoyed the hot weather, cool water and Liam entertaining us all.

Liam had another good time at the pool today. He is getting brave and even venturing into the water solo (which scares me to death) -
determined to play like the other older kids at the pool.

Liam is 10 months today!

Liam is doing really well and is more and more active with EVERYTHING. His personality is coming through more each day - a great little happy guy.

Liam is walking!

Just two days shy of his 10 month birthday Liam took his first independant steps!! Unfortunately I was at a client lunch when he took his VERY first steps (damn clients!) but he showed off for Daddy when I got home and is a real pro. We're off tomorrow to get some gates to make sure he doesn't wander too far. He's already pretty fast!

We also went to the pool today as Liam is enjoying the water more and more. He is a brave guy as he loves to jump off the side into the water. He laughs the whole time and has a great look of accomplishment on his face :)

Keeping busy...

Fun in Denver...

Liam is trying to grow up too quickly I think as he seems to love playing with my computer. Annette's Mom left last Sunday and the rest of the crew are exploring different places each day around Denver.

Another birthday party...

Liam attended another friends 1 year old birthday party and he loved the 'ball crawl' where he tried, in vain, to put brightly colored balls all the way into his mouth.

Annette's Mom heads back to New Jersey today and I'm sure Liam will miss her - they have been spending a lot of time together.

We had a great hike at the Rocky National Mountain Park yesterday. The trail was at 9500 feet so it was hard going on some of the steep parts but everyone did really well. Liam took a nap after he saw the waterfall and was a great sport on the 2 hour drive to get there.

We had a late start this morning and hit the trails in some pretty warm weather. We all survived and had a great walk.

Happy 4th of July!!

We celebrated the holiday by spending time at the pool and then a big BBQ in the backyard. Liam and Adam didn't stay up late enough to watch the fireworks, but we enjoyed the show from our deck. The weather was perfect!
