Madrid Days Five and Six

We all met up at in Puerta del Sol and walked through Plaza Mayor and went to watch the changing of the guards at the Royal Palace.  Then we found a fun playground and the kids played until it was time for lunch.

We walked to Plaza de Espana and enjoyed some time relaxing in the park. After that, we had a long walk to Park Oeste with great views of the city and Casa de Campo. We took the Teleferico (gondola) to a peak in the park with more views and a fun playground.

We went home, got the kids ready and went out. It was a fun night at some local spots with R and B. We saw processions through the center. Our last spot was the Hotel Santa Ana where we had a drink on the roof top. It was chilly but great views of the center!

On our final day in Madrid, we spent the morning at the Museum of Nature and Science, where we saw the dinosaurs and a cool exhibit about biodiversity. We headed back to the center for lunch and playing at the El Retiro park. Early night for a morning train ride to Malaga!
